Maciej Radziwiłł

Born in 1961. he graduated Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. He also has a Master of Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

In the 80s he was a researcher at the University of Warsaw and the Polish Academy of Sciences. In the early 90s he started working in the NBS Public Relations agency, where he served as a consultant.

Then he directed the departments of analysis in Creditanstalt Securities, Credit Suisse First Boston Poland and Union Bank of Switzerland in London. At this time Reuters and Institutional Investor recognized him as a leading polish stock market analyst.

In the years 1998 - 2001 he was president of the Cresco Financial Advisors company and together with BRE Bank managed assets worth more than 300 million euros.

For a few months of 2002 he managed the exchange Elektrim. In the same year he became president of the Trakcja Polska, which he transformed into Trakcja Tiltra and headed until 2012.

From 2015 is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PKP Energy. Maciej Radziwiłł is one of ten Business Leaders in 2008 (ranking Forbes 09/2008).

He built his success as a manager on the fact that he could get a return on investment of several hundred percent. Under his leadership, Trakcja Polska within three years increased revenues by over 400 percent.
