From December 2016 EBS Group became the owner of a majority shareholding in Thai Wok Sp. o.o.
Thai Wok owns a "fast food" restaurant chain serving Thai cuisine. They are located in large shopping centers such as Złote Tarasy, Galeria Mokotów and Arkadia, which is annually visited by up to 20 million customers. Brand continuously for 7 years gaining popularity on the Polish catering market. Thai Wok offers original Thai cuisine based on fresh products. The quality of served menu and unique recipes are ensured by chefs from Asia.
The deal will allow EBS further dynamic development within the catering industry.

In the transaction were involved law firms: Komosa Imiełowski, Enodo Advisors and TS Partners. In turn seller were advised by CMS Cameron McKenna Greszta i Sawicki and DFCM.
