He has 25 years of experience in management and finance, including in the financial, retail and hospitality sectors.
He has been involved in the field of corporate financial management since the beginning of his career and is highly skilled in developing and optimizing businesses, executing M&A projects and working with private equity funds.
Work Experience:
- From 2000 to 2003 he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, participating in many due diligence, M&A and audit projects in the financial sector
- In the period 2004–2007 he held executive and management positions in GE Money group companies (GE Bank Mieszkaniowy, Expander). As vice chairman of the board, he was responsible for e.g. preparing and implementing the restructuring process and executing the sale of Expander to the Innova Capital fund.
- For the next three years, he served as vice president and chief financial officer at Expander Advisors
- Since 2011 he has worked at EBS Group, being responsible for managing the finances of companies operating in the retail and hospitality sectors in the CEE region
Laureate of the nationwide competition “Financial Director of the Year 2006”.
Holds an international diploma from ACCA.
Graduated in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Completed MBA studies at the Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management.
