Henryk Boryka
Chairman of the EBS S.A. Management Board
Over 25 years of business experience in various fields, among others: services, business services, mainly in advertising and marketing industry. Since 1993 operates actively as an investor in the new areas of the economy.
Professional experience:
- In 1989 co-founded the first polish Advertising Agency “Galicja” in Cracow, operating in marketing and advertising communication fields. In 2001 AA Galicja merged with Euro RSCG.
- In 1997 participated in the creation of the first call center operator in Central Europe, Call Center Poland company.
- Since 1999 had hold the office of Chairman of the EBS S.A., which he established together with Swiss partners. EBS S.A. is currently running a chain of almost 200 most modern eco – friendly 5asec laundries in great chains and shopping centers within Central and Eastern Europe.
- In 2001 he participated in the merge of two local advertising agencies: Marketing House and Dialog with Euro RSCG (now Havas Worldwide Warsaw)
- In 2005 along with his Partners he founded Chocolate Houses E. Wedel. For almost a decade he had been creating and managing a chain of coffeehouses. At the time of the sale of the company to Lotte Wedel there were 18 own property and franchise premises.
- He has run the sales’ processes and company purchases in Poland and Czech Republic, including the sale of shares to venture capital company Renaissance Partners.
