16 years of experience in management and finances e.g. in financial, catering and retail industry.
From the beginning of his career operates within enterprises finance management related areas, highly qualified in realizing acquisitions and cooperating with private equity funds.
Professional experience:
- During 2000 – 2003 worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers, taking part in several due diligence projects, M&A and financial sector’s audits.
- Since then, until 2007 had been holding executive and managerial offices in GE Money Group companies (GE Housing Bank, Expander). As the Board’s Vice – President he was responsible for, among others: preparation and implementation of restructuring process and the sale transaction of Expander to Innova Capital fund supervision.
- Over the next 3 years held the chair of Expander Advisors’ Board Vice – President and CFO.
- Since 2011 he has worked in EBS S.A., responsible for the financial area of the EBS Group companies operating in retail and catering industry in Central – Eastern Europe.
The winner of Polish nationwide competition “CFO of 2006”.
A holder of international ACCA diploma. The graduate of Banking and Finance Faculty od Warsaw School of Economics.
He also holds MBA degree from Kozminski University of Entrepreneurship and Management.
