The history of EBS holding is a story about a group of people who decided to cooperate in common business activities. Their first project, constructing a chain of professional laundries in Poland engaged: a Swiss banker, Polish entrepreneur, French businessman (with a great deal of experience in laundry industry) and several financial investors from Poland.
The EBS investment team integrated quickly and soon started to increase the number of members – over the next years expanded to the current number of 8 Partners.
The EBS group’s managerial executives are highly qualified and stable, therefore the company has become the leader in laundry industry in Central Europe and a dynamically growing player of food industry. In 2011 the Group started building a chain of over a dozen of Chocolate houses E. Wedel, which were subsequently sold to Wedel company in 2014.
